This class is an exploration of different materials and techniques. Projects can include collage, assemblage, sewing, jewelry, painting, bookmaking, fabric design, fiber arts, paper making, metalworking and much more.
In each class students will get to use a different art media.

Adult Jewelry & Metalworking
This class is in 2 sections. The first, Jewelry Making is focused on using pliers and other shaping tools to bending wire to connect metal and beads into beautiful jewelry. You will also learn beadweaving, an off loom technique of sewing seed beads into simple patterns. It looks difficult but is really simple.
The second focuses on metalworking techniques to make jewelry. You will learn to saw, file, shape and solder copper and brass
